Deconstructed Nachos - Super Easy, Super Delicious!

A NEATsheets favorite is Deconstructed Nachos which is easy to make and delicious.

2 Lbs Boneless, Skinless Thigh Chicken
1 Cup Red Salsa
1 Cup Green Hatch Salsa (or use more Red Salsa)
1/3 Pack of Taco Seasonings
Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker and toss. Turn it on for 8 hours at low. When it’s done, shred chicken and serve with:
Refried black beans (canned is fine, homemade is better)
A salad
And chips
